Scope & requirements
Together we define what is in scope and what is not. We identify the key stakeholders, the relevant data sources, the success criteria, and any hard constraints (regulatory, budgetary, timeline).
End-to-end thinking from day one
Even in this early conversation we think through the full lifecycle — from data ingestion to production deployment and maintenance — so that no surprises emerge later in the project.
Your output
A shared, written understanding of the problem and the scope. This becomes the foundation for Step 2 and prevents the single most common cause of project failure: misaligned expectations.

Processes & Data
We go deep so the solution goes right.
With scope agreed, we roll up our sleeves. This step is where most of the analytical heavy lifting happens — before a single line of production code is written.
Process analysis
We map your current workflows end-to-end: where data is created, how it flows between systems, where manual steps introduce errors or delays, and where automation would deliver the highest leverage.
Data access
You share the relevant datasets or grant us secure, audited access to your systems. All data handling is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and, where applicable, by NDA. We work with exports, read-only API access, or direct database connections — whatever suits your security posture.
Deep-dive analysis
We profile your data structures, assess quality, identify bottlenecks, and isolate root causes. Typical findings include duplicate master records, schema inconsistencies, missing lineage, and process hand-off gaps that are invisible at the surface.
Specification for Step 3
The step concludes with a written functional specification: what the PoC/MVP will do, what data it will consume, what its outputs are, and how success will be measured. This document is yours and serves as the acceptance criterion for Step 3.

Production-Grade Software
The rubber hits the road.
A PoC that stays a PoC is a sunk cost. Step 4 is about turning validated software into a production system that delivers measurable business value — and continues to improve.
Rollout & introduction
We plan and support the go-live: user onboarding, training materials, change management guidance, and hypercare support in the first weeks of production use. We do not disappear after handover.
Data migration
Where legacy systems need to be replaced or decommissioned, we handle the migration: parallel-run validation, automated rollback gates, record-count and checksum verification at every step. Zero-downtime is the default, not the exception.
Hardening for production
We add the layers that separate a PoC from production: observability (structured logging, metrics dashboards), security hardening, performance tuning under real load, and disaster-recovery procedures.
